Sarah Pedersen has real estate in her veins. Her family's involvement in the business sparked her own interest, which led her to spend several years managing property and commercial construction projects. Working with investment clients and traveling to manage on-site projects, Sarah learned how to guide and negotiate favorable deals, keep complicated projects on track, lead teams, deftly juggle the many aspects of a project, and respond effectively to the demands of multiple parties at once.

This was all great training for Sarah's move into residential real estate sales and rentals in New York. Since then, she has been nominated for the Real Estate Board of New York's Deal of the Year and included in Halstead Real Estate's Sapphire Club, which recognizes sales ranging from $3M to $6M.

Sarah's passion and enthusiasm for real estate drive her success. Her favorite part of her job is positively impacting clients' lives by finding them homes they love. Sarah's main mission is to provide every buyer, seller, and renter with the full-service attention they deserve. She is known for her exceptional ability to understand her clients' needs, her unmatched listening skills, and her patience. Sarah also has a skillset particularly suited to New York's dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing sales and rental markets. She can shift gears quickly while maintaining a laser-sharp focus, and she works decisively and efficiently without sacrificing complete thoroughness. Since entering the real estate field, Sarah has continually stayed abreast of changes, developments, and trends in the industry. Born and raised in Sweden, Sarah grew up traveling back and forth between Sweden and New York, and has been a passionate full-time New Yorker now for over 20 years. Living in Harlem for many years, Sarah has experienced firsthand the extraordinary revitalization and expansion that have occurred in that area.

Sarah is a devoted animal rights advocate, a mentor in the Big Sister program, and a former equestrian rider. She is currently President of her building's co-op board. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys traveling, working out, sports, and spending time with her family and friends. She is fluent in Swedish, and conversational in German and Danish. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
