In 2019, Twon began working for a camp & retreat center, renting out spaces in the Pocono Mountains, as a means to raise funds to help people overcome poverty in New York City.
During the pandemic, Twon’s tireless work ethic earned him a position at a boutique brokerage, helping his team manage exclusive listings for a multitude of landlords in Manhattan. He quickly built a reputation for having exceptional organizational skills, cultivating seamless transactions through simplifying complex processes and systems. Honing his skills, Twon went on to gain experience in the new development and luxury real estate space.
Most notably, Twon was tapped to help open a new luxury residential tower on the Williamsburg Waterfront for a top developer in Brooklyn. The building has garnered significant attention from the press, including Vogue Magazine — praised for its thoughtful design and architectural excellence. This residential rental building opened in May 2024 and was leased to 100% in under a year. In the Spring of 2025, Twon was asked to join Brown Harris Stevens as the Director of Operations for the Ariffin-Kromer Team.
As their trusted advisor, Twon plays an essential role in supporting both agents and their clients. He delivers the support, insights, and resources the Team needs to provide top-level of service while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
