Bruce uses this paradigm to his advantage when negotiating. "Understanding the factors that set price is critical," Bruce says. Bruce’s primary focus is residential property sales on the Upper East Side, Midtown East, Gramercy Park, and the Upper West Side. He has also sold properties from Battery Park to Hudson Heights, as well as represented landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions. Bruce offers an extensive network of proven real estate attorneys, mortgage professionals, and design/construction resources.
Bruce began his career in real estate with Brown Harris Stevens (then Halstead) in 2003. Prior to this, he assisted Fortune 500 companies with their computer programming/data modeling needs. His client list included: Chubb, Corning Metpath, AT&T, Electronic Data Systems, Automatic Data Processing, and Fair Isaac.
Bruce partners with his wife Lisa Holland-Davis, a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens. They reside on Manhattan’s Upper East Side with their Maltese, Hampton.
