When Lisa started her real estate career in 1996, enthusiasm, hard work, and long hours sharpened her skills and understanding of the many subtle aspects to a Manhattan real estate deal. Over the years, her listening ability, service, attention to detail, and proven results have led to significant client loyalty and referrals.
Buyers and sellers have the advantage of Lisa's tested approach to negotiation, fluent understanding of the process, and knack for spotting red flags in contracts and board packages, averting problems before they occur. Lisa's primary focus are the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown East, and Gramercy Park. However, she and her husband/partner Bruce Davis have represented purchasers and sold properties for sellers from Battery Park to Hudson Heights.
Lisa graduated the prestigious New York Residential Specialist program, accredited by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). The NYRS title conveys the highest level of ethics, professionalism, and leadership in residential Manhattan real estate. Lisa is also a member of the REBNY Sales Council. "My position on the REBNY Sales Council gives me an active voice in shaping industry policy," she says. "Serving is a privilege that comes with great responsibility.”
Lisa was honored with the Halstead Top Market Specialist award for 2017, 2014, and 2007, representing the most transactions by a Halstead broker in a Halstead-managed building. "When one neighbor recommends my expertise to another neighbor, that sign of trust is very gratifying." Lisa says.
She is a graduate of The Professional Children's School and attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She is also a member of Screen Actors Guild-AFTRA. Among Lisa’s charitable endeavors is her work at Hadassah. She serves as President of the Shatil Chapter in the New York region.
Lisa and her husband Bruce make their home on the Upper East Side and in Southampton. She enjoys theater, the galleries of the city, and spending time on the sidewalks of Manhattan with her Maltese, Hampton.
