Christian Emanuel is a Licensed Salesperson and a nine-year veteran of real estate sales.

He is passionate about architectural history and the ways in which the city’s development over time affects how we build, buy, sell, and live today. From building technology and zoning to social and political history, and from architectural styles to neighborhood identity, Christian has a unique and robust knowledge of New York’s built environment.

In addition to his historical insights and research specialties, Christian brings a high degree of specificity to key aspects of home searches and sales, including comparable analyses, valuations, property provenance, and tailored advertising and marketing strategies. In his spare time, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Historic Districts Council, a non-profit organization that advocates for historic neighborhoods across the five boroughs.

Christian is a proud shareholder of Green Bay Packers, Inc., the publicly held non-profit organization that owns and operates the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League. Despite his particular affinity for New York’s Queen Anne townhouses and turn-of-the-century carriage and fire houses, his favorite building may not surprise you. It’s Lambeau Field.
