In guiding their clients and team, Karen and Leanne draw from decades of invaluable experience. Karen has been making an indelible mark on New York real estate for over 40 years—both as a former sales director and as an agent. She has in-depth understanding of the city’s markets and a vast network of knowledgeable experts. Leanne brings over 30 years of entrepreneurship in the arts and entertainment industries to the team, along with personal experience buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
Leanne’s creative approach and marketing background combined with Karen’s years of sales and negotiating expertise make them a balanced and talented duo. Together, they utilize their skills and knowledge in a complementary fashion to help their clients achieve the best possible results with their property investments.
Jordan Padgett joined the G & S team in March 2023. Jordan brings a fresh and analytical perspective, gleaned from his background as an engineer, which compliments the team’s strengths. As a New York City native born and raised in Queens, and a current Harlem resident, Jordan possesses a deep understanding of the city and its various neighborhoods.
