Ms. Olson is licensed to sell real estate in Nevada, California, and Florida—and sells luxury real estate in Europe for her exclusive clientele. She ventured from Beverly Hills to Las Vegas in 2005 to capitalize on the increased demand for the high-rise condo market; since then, she has sold numerous development projects, including MGM/Mirage’s CityCenter, where she worked as a top sales executive for almost two years. She is very familiar with the South Florida real estate market and other desirable markets—both domestic and international—including, but not limited to: Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Northern Italy, and the South of France.
Having traveled extensively throughout the world, Ms. Olson has also studied interior design and created her own interior decorating company to help her clients with staging and decorating their homes. She lived in Italy for several years, where she sold villas and luxury real estate projects, worked with a world-renowned architect, and assisted with interior design projects in Lake Como, Italy, and Europe. She is bilingual and speaks fluent English and Italian, is proficient in Spanish and French—and enjoys learning about many different cultures and languages. She is extremely comfortable in the realm of international business and works with some of the world’s most prestigious clientele, including industry leaders, Hollywood celebrities and sports luminaries.
