Fritz's specialty is guiding New York City homeowners and investors in marketing their properties. In Fritz's words, "Sellers and landlords have similar interests: How to obtain the highest possible return in the shortest possible time from the highest quality buyer or tenant? We will help you set the price and let the market forces do the rest!" His honesty, integrity, expertise, and drive bring numerous Manhattan clients repeatedly and continuously back to Fritz.
In his free time, Fritz enjoys gardening and reading in his second home in the Southern Berkshires.
